Suzanne Cleary
Suzanne Cleary’s poetry books are Trick Pear (2007) and Keeping Time (2002), both published by Carnegie Mellon University Press. Recipient of a Pushcart Prize and the
Cecil Hemley Memorial Award of the Poetry Society of America, her poems have appeared in anthologies including Best American Poetry, Poetry 180, and Don’t Leave Hungry: 50 Years of Southern Poetry Review. Some journals that have published her poems are Atlantic Monthly, Ploughshares, Poetry London, and Poetry International. She is Professor of English SUNY at Rockland. A member of the National Book Critics Circle, she reviews books for Bloomsbury Review. She is seeking a publisher for her recently completed poetry manuscript, Beauty Mark.
